Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

  • All of our jewelry is made to order. Typically your jewelry will ship within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Need it sooner? Contact us at WeCare@eldesigns.com or 800-828-1122. We will do what we can to make that happen for you!

Damages

  • ELDesigns.com insures each parcel for shipping. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact at 800-828-1122 or WeCare@eldesigns.com.
  • After U.P.S approves the damage claim, E.L. Designs will replace the damaged jewelry at no additional charge to you.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by U.P.S.
  • E.L. Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by U.P.S. If you are concerned about potential loss or theft, add the Signature Required option to your shipping information upon checkout.

Other Shipping Policies

  • We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
  • We do not ship to post office boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and freight forwarders.
